About me

Presentation
I started ikebana in Seoul, Korea, because I was attracted by the philosophy of the Sogetsu School, which is to offer ikebana to anyone, anytime, anywhere. Since then, I have repeatedly been transferred to Japan, France, and Belgium, and have continued to practice ikebana with various encounters with plants and people. I would like to spread ikebana as an art form to express myself. I was born in Japan, spent my childhood in England, studied in France, met my French husband, and now live in Tokyo. I am a master of the Sogetsu School and is fluent in Japanese, English and French.

I can’t embroider on fabric, but maybe I can do it on plants.
In 2018, I started embroidering on traveler’s tree, and in 2019, I will start embroidering on Rhododendron. I hope to continue to enjoy new encounters with plants and embroidery.
